Join EZ GrowFarm’s hands-on team where the freshest produce begins. We’re hiring dedicated Farm Workers to nurture crops from seed to harvest on our sustainable farm. No experience? We’ll train motivated individuals who love the outdoors!Key Responsibilities:
  • Field Work: Planting, weeding, pruning, and harvesting fruits/vegetables
  • Crop Care: Irrigation setup, pest monitoring, and quality sorting
  • Packhouse Support: Washing, packing, and preparing orders for market
  • Equipment Handling: Operate hand tools (hoes, pruners) and assist with machinery
  • Food Safety: Follow GAP protocols to maintain organic certification standards
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside crew leaders to meet daily targets
  • Farm Stewardship: Maintain clean workspaces and eco-friendly practices

Job Requirement

We’re Seeking:
  • Reliability: Punctuality for early shifts (5 AM starts during harvest)
  • Physical Stamina:
    • Lift 40+ lbs repeatedly
    • Work 8-10 hrs outdoors in sun/rain
    • Bend, kneel, and walk on uneven terrain
  • Team Spirit: Positive attitude in fast-paced environments
  • Basic Skills: Follow instructions in English/Spanish [specify if bilingual preferred]

Preferred (Not Required):
  • 6+ months farm/garden/landscaping experience
  • Familiarity with hand tools
