Job Description


EZ GrowFarm seeks a polished, discreet, and reliable Executive Driver to provide premium transportation for company leadership, clients, and VIPs. You’ll ensure safe, timely, and comfortable travel while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport executives, clients, and guests in company-owned luxury vehicles (sedans/SUVs).
  • Maintain immaculate vehicle interiors/exteriors (daily cleaning, detailing, maintenance coordination).
  • Plan efficient routes using real-time traffic tools (GPS, Waze) for punctuality.
  • Assist with luggage, doors, and special requests discreetly.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all conversations and business matters.
  • Manage schedules, airport transfers, meetings, and event logistics.
  • Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and log mileage/trips.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
  • Provide amenities (water, chargers, climate control) for passenger comfort.

Qualifications:
  • Valid state Driver’s License with exceptional driving record (no major violations in 5+ years).
  • 3+ years of professional driving experience (executive transport, rideshare premium, or luxury chauffeur roles preferred).
  • Discretion & Professionalism: Impeccable etiquette, punctuality, and confidentiality.
  • Navigation Mastery: Expertise with GPS apps and local/regional routes.
  • Physical Ability: Lift luggage (30-50 lbs), open doors, and assist passengers.
  • Flexibility: Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
  • Tech Skills: Basic smartphone/app proficiency for communication and routing.
